The latest innovation at the Carlson suite is a ’hot desk centre’, with access to high speed broad band internet from £35 a day. This new service allows any visitor to rent a meeting room by the day with secretarial and messaging support, and a full range of office serves including copying, call management and reception services. Using this service any operation can have a full presence on a daily basis. Users can ' hot desk' once a week, once a month, or more or less frequently to suit business needs. This makes these facilities ideal for a team project meeting, training courses or local service management.

Vantage Point’s 32,000 sq. ft. Carlson Suite serviced office development at Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire has won the Business Centre Association national 2007 Award for Business Centre of the Year. This was a considerable achievement, with The Carlson Suite competing with more than 500 other entrants from the UK including many from the South East and Central London.
