London General Insurance is the European underwriting company for The Warranty Group, specialising in warranty and service contracts. This includes manufacturers, retailers and distributors of consumer electronics, appliances, homes, and automotive, as well as credit card enhancements, travel and leisure programs. LGI is developing a new European operations base in the Forest of Dean at Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire, and is progressively transferring work from two centres in Greater London to the Forest of Dean throughout 2008.
